The oxygen-barrier aluminum alloy lined PE-RT pipe has a total of two layers of structure. The outer pipe is aluminum alloy 6063 deformed aluminum, and the inner pipe is a thermoplastic (PE-RT) pipe, which is made of prestressed pipes. Oxygen-barrier aluminum alloy lined PE-RT pipes are treated with an anodizing process and have a surface coating of more than 10um.
Application scope of oxygen barrier aluminum alloy plastic lined (pe-rt) composite pipe:
1. Indoor and outdoor exposed pipes;
2. Domestic water supply, domestic hot water and drinking clean water systems in civil and industrial buildings where the system working pressure is not greater than 1.6mpa;
4. Solar heating and cooling devices;
5. Heating pipes, floor and wall heating devices.
